	This site gives you the ability to download everything required to renew or start a notary commission.  The Nebraska Notary State Law Handbook is also available as well as some great information for current or prospective notaries. What appears to be a complicated process really isn’t, especially if you take advantage of the services offered by the Nebraska Notary Association.
